Weekended

I had a picture perfect Memorial day weekend with the family. With the help of my Father-in-law, Zeev, my shed got a new floor and organized. We got all the air conditioners put in. I put in some time sanding the porch and did some yard work. We missed the parade downtown, but lucky for us the fire department officials, all dressed up, pulled over all the firetrucks onto our street for minor repairs. Shirley got her own parade, and got to meet the fire chief too. I even put in some time sweating it out on my board. All-in-all a great weekend.

With the flood of industry videos desensitizing our skate-loving sensibilities it was refreshing to see a clip finally stand out. I watched this like 5 times before I went skating.
